Tarot card meditation, using an easily-available tarot deck, is an effective, versatile and convenient tool for meditation practice.
It can be used to attain a deeper understanding of yourself, develop your intuition and illuminate the possible path(s) ahead of you.
I can help you to achieve this by teaching tarot card meditation techniques, as well as providing guided meditations to explore the tarot.
1-2-1 Meditation Sessions – ’22 Reflections’
Tarot is often described, in general terms, as a ‘mirror to the mind’. Extending this metaphor, the Major Arcana or ‘trump cards’ of the tarot can be seen as 22 individual mirrors, each providing a different type of reflection for meditation practice.

How The Sessions Work
Most of my sessions are provided 1-2-1 via Skype so, subject to arrangement, are available anywhere in the world.
These sessions best experienced by meditating on the cards in their numbered, sequential order. However, if you wish, after ‘The Fool’, you could choose a different card and order.
Each session focuses on a single card is in two parts:
1. Conscious Reflection – We begin with an exploration of the card, its possible meanings, interpretations and lessons; and how it resonates with you personally.
2. Subconscious Reflection – Get comfortable for an enjoyable and relaxing ‘eyes closed’ guided meditation. I will help you explore the ‘world within the card’ and allow your subconscious mind to creatively engage with it.
The result is both enlightening and rejuvenating, plus you take away an exciting new approach to meditation to practice in your own time.
